These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through Rose & Rae.

By placing an order on our website you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Orders
After placing an order, you will automatically receive a confirmation by email.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if the information is incomplete or if there is suspicion of misuse.
3. Prices
All prices are stated in euros and include VAT.
Price changes and typographical errors reserved.
4. Payment
Orders must be paid in advance using the available payment methods in our checkout.
5. Shipping
• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• The average delivery time is 7–12 working days .
• Shipping is always free , regardless of the order amount.
Exceeding the delivery time does not entitle you to compensation.
6. Returns
You can return your order within 30 days according to our returns policy.
Return costs are at your own expense, unless there is an incorrect or damaged delivery.
7. Warranty
We strive for high quality.

Damage due to improper use is not covered by the warranty.
8. Liability
Rose & Rae is not liable for indirect damage, or damage caused by incorrect or improper use of the product.
