At Rose & Rae we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If your order is not entirely to your liking, you can easily return it.
Return period
You have 30 days to return your order.
The 30 days start on the day you receive your package.

To be eligible for a return:
• The jewelry must be undamaged
• It must not have been worn
• The jewelry must be returned in the original packaging , including the luxury gift box, if possible.

Once we have received and inspected the return, the purchase amount will be refunded within a few working days.
Return costs
You will be responsible for paying for the costs of returning your order.
If it concerns an incorrect delivery or a defective product, the return costs will of course be reimbursed by us.
Refund
After receiving and inspecting the return shipment:
• We will refund the purchase amount via the payment method you used
• This will happen within a few working days, at the latest within 14 days after receipt of the return shipment.
